The War Eagle faculty and staff welcome you to Oak Ridge High School.
Student enrollment is sometimes a confusing prospect.
If you are a new or returning student to CISD, you will register online at the following link.

Parents/Guardians: To help expedite the New Student Online Enrollment process please
complete the Online Enrollment application prior to visiting your child's campus


To complete the online registration process, you must appear in person at your child's school. Please call the campus to schedule an appointment with the school registrar and remember to bring all required documents.
Once you have met with the registrar, you will sit down with a counselor and choose the classes for your child's schedule.

All necessary documentation that will be required in order to complete registration.

  • Original Birth certificate
  • Social security card
  • Immunization Records - State Law prohibits registration without proof of current immunization records.
  • Current Proof of Residency - District policy will accept only the following to verify attendance zone: gas, water, or electric bill for the current month, a newly signed lease agreement, or closing papers in the parent/guardian's name and address.
  • Unofficial transcript reflecting credits obtained in grades 9-12 and/or final report card.
  • Withdrawal paperwork from last school attended.
  • License or picture ID of person completing enrollment (per Senate Bill 1432)
  • Military ID, custody or foster care paperwork, if applicable.

Change of Address

  • It is vital that the school have complete and up-to-date phone numbers and addresses for all students. If you change your address or your work, home, cell phone numbers or email address, please notify the school registrar in writing.
  • In order to change a student's address, you must bring proof of residence to the Registrar's office. Proof of residence is a current utility bill (gas, water, electric), a newly signed lease agreement or closing papers with date, name and street address on the document. If your child rides the bus, they are not allowed to ride the new bus until the address has been changed on campus.

Former Student Education Verification Requests

  • Requests are usually processed within 2-4 days.
  • You must fax a signed release from the student, include full name of student at the time of graduation, year of graduation or years attended, date of birth, and social security number. Fax the completed request to 832-592-5574

Transcripts requests for former ORHS graduates can be ordered online

In accordance with the Texas Open Records Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, student academic records are classified as confidential, and may be released only with the student’s written authorization and signature.

  • Official transcripts can be ordered online. There is a $5.00 processing fee for each official transcript ordered.
  • Official transcripts can not be released directly to the student, they must be sent directly to the college or university.
  • Unofficial transcripts may be released directly to the student and may be copied. There is a 2-4 day turnaround.
  • Online payments can be made through the ORHS Web Store
  • Transcripts will not be processed until a photo ID is received. If needed, take a picture of your ID with your phone and email it to the registrar's office.
  • Transcripts may also be ordered and paid for in person at the ORHS Front Office.
