The Pass-In-Review is a formal military parade, not a street parade. The TX-951 Pass-In-Review is always held on 11 November of each year (if possible) at Morehead Stadium to commemorate Veterans Day. All living veterans of all military services are invited and encouraged to attend. We make a special effort to honor our veterans of all military conflicts and to have at least one veteran to represent each of the major wars: WW-I, WW-II, Korean War, Vietnam War, and Desert Storm. We also want to recognize those who are veterans of regional conflicts and peace keeping operations. We invite and encourage participation from other Junior ROTC units in the Houston area. Our goal is to have at least one representatives from our sister services (Navy, Army, Marine Corps), the Civil Air Patrol and each of the other local Air Force Junior ROTC units to help us honor our veterans. This is a family and community affair to pay homage to all our veterans. All parents, relatives, friends, and acquaintances are highly encouraged to attend.
