Panthers with 3-0 win over New Caney
Our Equipped Girl Powerlifters competed today in Alvin for the Region 4 6A Championships. Senior Zia’Yiah B. punched her ticket to the state meet and is a REGIONAL CHAMPION!!🥇 Sophomore Laurie-Anne G. finished 5th overall in her weight class! Both girls lifted personal bests in each lift and represented the Creek well ❤️🐾 We can’t wait to cheer on Zia’Yiah at the THSWPA State Meet on March 18th!!

Our Unequipped Girl lifters competed last week at their Regional meet in Palacios. Each girl competed well! Congratulations to Sophomore Kaydence L on finishing 3rd overall in her weight class and is a state alternate!!🥉 Way to represent and keep growing our unequipped program!!

Congratulations to our incredible Starlettes for crushing Regionals at Clear Springs!
They received 4th place for their Team Lyrical, 2nd place for Team Production, 1st place for Team Military, and Outstanding Academic Achievement! The Dance Officers also received 2nd place for their Barbie choreography, and the Supernovas received 2nd place for their Jazz routine. Amazing job!

22 students from Caney Creek made a visit to Lonestar College Kingwood campus to learn about their Processing and Instrumentation programs. Students were able to tour their full outdoor Process Training Unit for hands-on experience as well as see first-hand their state-of-the-art simulation equipment. While they were there they also heard about a new water treatment technician program that begins this Spring. Then the students traveled to Texas Technical Trade School to learn about programs in HVAC and Electrical. They were able to walk through the labs where they could see and touch actual projects that the students there are completing on site.
