The War Eagle faculty and staff welcome you to Oak Ridge High School.

If you are new or a returning student to CISD and

need to enroll your child, please follow the steps below:

Complete the online Family Portal by clicking the red box below titled Enrollment Website. You will have the opportunity to upload the required documents (list provided below) in the portal.

After completing your students online enrollment, you and the student will need to come to campus to complete the registration. This will be when you meet with the counselor to set up the students ORHS schedule and the student will start school the same day.

Registrations will be during the hours of 7:00am – 9:30am Monday – Friday.

You will need to bring all required documentation with you when you come to campus to complete the registration.

Additional Registration Information

All necessary documentation that will be required in order to complete registration.

Original Birth certificate
Social security card
Immunization Records – State Law prohibits registration without proof of current immunization records.
Current Proof of Residency – District policy will accept only the following to verify attendance zone: gas, water, or electric bill for the current month, a newly signed lease agreement, or closing papers in the parent/guardian’s name and address.
Unofficial transcript reflecting credits obtained in grades 9-12 and/or final report card.
Withdrawal paperwork from last school attended.
License or picture ID of person completing enrollment (per Senate Bill 1432)
Military ID, custody or foster care paperwork, if applicable.

Change of Address

It is vital that the school have complete and up-to-date phone numbers and addresses for all students. If you change your address or your work, home, cell phone numbers or email address, please notify the school registrar in writing as soon as possible.
In order to change a student’s address, you must bring proof of residence to the Registrar’s office. Proof of residence is a current utility bill (gas, water, electric), a newly signed lease agreement or closing papers with date, name and street address on the document. If your child rides the bus, they are not allowed to ride the new bus until the address has been changed on campus and this can take up to 48 hours to get a new bus number.

Conroe ISD has partnered with Parchment, a leader in e Transcript exchange, to send high school transcripts and graduation verifications electronically, securely and confidentially to destinations of your choice. This service is available online, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Alumni students simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual they would like to receive it. You will be notified via email when your request is complete and you can also track the status of your request.

Third Party Enrollment and Graduation Verification requests are also made via Parchment by selecting the school link below. We no longer process these requests via phone or email.
